As a qualified strength coach I help everyday people get stronger, more confident and build healthy habits that last.
With 15 years of coaching experience and a passion for sustainable results, I focus on strength, mobility, and nutrition—not quick fixes.
My clients learn to push themselves safely, utilise good technique, to understand their bodies and finally enjoy the process of getting fitter, healthier, and stronger.
No extremes and no fad diets, just results for life.

I offer two services, in person & online coaching for people that want to work 1-1 with me, but are on a tighter budget or are outside of my catchment areas.
I work with complete beginners and also more confident lifters that require proper programming and technique refinement to take their training to the next level.

My online coaching service allows you to join a gym or to train from home with minimal equipment.
